Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items such as clearance products or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
